These terms govern Passfo's personalized document-photo processing service, payments, delivery, support, and refunds.

What Passfo provides
Passfo processes a user-supplied photo and prepares the digital and printable files described in the selected supported document-photo service.
The service checks selected photo requirements but does not submit an application or make a decision for an embassy, consulate, or other authority.
No government affiliation
Passfo operates independently and is not affiliated with any government, embassy, or consulate.
An authority may reject an application for reasons outside the photo checks performed by Passfo. Passfo does not guarantee visa issuance or acceptance of an application.
Payments and delivery
Stripe processes web payments and Telegram processes Mini App payments in Telegram Stars. The applicable checkout shows the amount before you authorize payment.
When you upload a photo, you ask Passfo to process it and prepare a preview. When you pay, you authorize delivery of the completed personalized files and start the 24-hour paid access window. Files are delivered through the web flow and email or through your private Telegram chat, depending on the channel used.
Consumer rights and refunds
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including any remedies or withdrawal rights that apply under law. Contact support promptly if you want to exercise a right or report a problem.
In addition to mandatory rights, if an authority rejects a Passfo photo specifically because the delivered photo did not meet the checked photo requirements, we will review the evidence and provide a correction or refund when the claim is valid.
Your responsibilities
Upload only a photo of yourself or a person who has authorized you to use it, and do not misuse the service for unlawful identification or impersonation.
Review the preview and automated check results before payment. Keep your Order Reference so support can locate the correct order without requesting unnecessary sensitive documents.
