Unpaid previews expire after 1 hour. Paid photos and files remain available for 24 hours; then access ends and automatic deletion begins.

What we collect

To create and deliver your order, we process the photo you upload, generated previews and final files, your delivery email, order and payment status, and your support messages.

For Telegram Mini App orders, we also process the Telegram user and chat identifiers needed to authorize the session, bind the payment, and deliver files to the correct private chat. We process bounded technical and security data, such as IP address and request metadata, to protect the service.

Facial analysis, not facial recognition

Passfo measures photo characteristics such as face position, eye alignment, crop, lighting, and background to assess document-photo requirements.

We do not compare your face with an identity database, use it to identify you, or use customer photos to train our models.

Photo access and deletion

Before payment, the uploaded source photo and generated preview are temporary and expire after 1 hour.

After successful payment, the source photo, preview, final portrait, and printable sheet remain available for 24 hours from the start of the paid access window. After that, access through Passfo ends and automatic deletion begins.

File removal continues in the background after access ends. Expired files are normally removed within an additional 24 hours, but deletion may take longer.

Other records and service providers

Operational, support, payment, refund, fraud-prevention, accounting, and provider-controlled records have separate retention periods based on their purpose and applicable legal requirements.

We use separate service providers for running the app and storing files, processing photos, handling payments, delivering files through Telegram, and sending order emails. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy obligations where applicable.

Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable data-protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, and you may complain to your competent supervisory authority.

The service operator listed on the About & Contact page is the data controller. Contact us with your Order Reference when available; do not send passports or other sensitive travel documents. Only upload a photo you have the right to process.
